Pepperoni Pizza Hot Pockets Recalled Due to Potential Glass Contamination

The US Department of Agriculture has recalled approximately 762,615 pounds of frozen pepperoni pizza Hot Pockets due to concerns that they may be contaminated with small pieces of glass and plastic. The frozen 54-ounce packages of recalled Hot Pockets were produced from November 13 through November 16 of 2020 and have a 14-month shelf life. The USDA has received one report of a “minor oral injury” from the consumption of the recalled Hot Pockets. The recalled boxes contain 12 Pepperoni Pizza Hot Pockets with a Best Before date of February 2022. No other Hot Pockets are affected by this recall.
